寒い冬にひだかの定番鴨鍋そば
毎年好評の鴨鍋蕎麦は自家栽培の甘い雪の下野菜と
美味しい鴨をしゃぶしゃぶで食べていただき
残った旨味が濃縮した出汁で締めの蕎麦を食べてもらう料理です
